This kayak was found alone and abandoned(It's the one on the bottom in the first three pictures) at a camp up north by the Canadian border and I rebuilt it over this past winter, starting by stripping away all the old fiberglass cover, paint, fillers whatever was on it and getting it right down to it's bare wood again then reenforcing the seams with fiberglass cloth, and West System Epoxy, much sanding and then fiberglass strand mat and epoxy wrapped all around after that and Interlux filler for smoothing before painting with oil paints. I used "Interlux" epoxy primer sealant is the base coat. The inside is finished with Spar Varnish. This is being written on April 16, 2025. She is currently for sale for $1,500.00.
