What shred out as a simple window replacement turned into a rebuild of a rotted wall section. Next year I'll be replacing the window upstairs too. Some one has been shooting at the windows in those house with a BB gun.
Water s the enemy of a house when left to its own devices. Siding, sheathing, window removal and reinstall had to be done here. This was an expensive repair but it had to be done.
