The first few pictures just show where some of the water is coming from so far. I had to re-plumb the sump pump because the pipe leading out was broken off. Probably got kicked a few times since it's right in front of the cellar stairs. I tacked up a temporary plastic curtain over the stair well to try and keep some natural heat down there. The freezing air from the stair well was blowing through there. I keep thawing out the water on the floor but the water in the bucket stays frozen solid because it's deep on the ground. We definitely have to change this configuration around by making a bigger sump hole, putting some kind of insulated door in the stair well and putting a heat tape on the exit pipe and blocking off that section of the basement to keep it from freezing in winter.
